Terms of Service

By signing up for or using Korrali Revenue Recovery ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Korrali Revenue Recovery connects to your Stripe account (read and write) to detect revenue anomalies — failed payment spikes, duplicate charges, silent churn, and past-due invoices — and, when you enable recovery, to retry and pay failed invoices on your behalf. Findings surface in a dashboard inside Stripe and at revenue.korrali.com.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@korrali.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time from Settings. Disconnecting stops all future data collection; existing anomaly records are retained per our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Founding-tier subscribers are price-locked at their original monthly rate for as long as they maintain an active subscription.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge for new subscriptions. Contact billing@korrali.com.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Founding-tier pricing is exempt from price increases.

The Korrali Revenue Stripe App is distributed through the Stripe App Marketplace and is subject to both these Terms and Stripe's App Marketplace User Terms. The App accesses your Stripe account with read and write permissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service identifies potential revenue anomalies based on patterns in your Stripe data. We do not guarantee that all anomalies will be detected, that all detected items represent actual losses, or that acting on our findings will recover any specific amount.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORRALI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
